What we commit to
A warranty is only worth something if it is written and enforceable. Ours are, component by component, from 2 to 30 years — and the one that really matters on a long-term investment is performance: your panels must still deliver at least 87.4 % of their power at 30 years (linear warranty). The table below hides no line.

What isn't covered
An honest warranty also states its limits. Here, for reference, are the standard exclusions of a photovoltaic hardware warranty in the industry:
- Accidental damage or external impact (falling object, exceptional hail, vandalism)
- Modification, removal or intervention by a third party not authorised by Taqinor
- Clear lack of maintenance (untreated soiling, vegetation not cleared)
- Force majeure event (direct lightning strike, fire, natural disaster) — a matter for your home insurance, not our hardware warranty
- Normal wear beyond the guaranteed performance thresholds (see the table above)
This list is indicative; the contractual version handed to you at signature is authoritative.
A concrete scenario
If performance falls under the linear guaranteed floor
Your panels are measured continuously via real-time production monitoring. If a check finds, within the 30-year period, that delivered power has dropped below the linear guaranteed floor (≥ 87.4 % of initial power at 30 years) — outside the exclusions above — the manufacturer warranty applies: replacement or compensation for the panel concerned, per the manufacturer's terms. This is exactly why monitoring runs continuously — to catch this kind of drift early, before you'd even see it on your bill.

At handover you leave with everything: single-line diagrams, cable sizing, the list of protections, the commissioning procedure and access to real-time production monitoring. Enough to call in any technician, the day you want to.
